30 July 2020 • Written by Miranda Blazeby

The 27 metre Canados 888 superyacht Passion VI has been delivered to its owner.

Originally set to launch in April this year, the yacht faced delays due to the coronavirus pandemic and launched later than planned in July.

Sold in April 2019 by Northrop & Johnson, Passion VI features accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins - two twins, a VIP suite and a full beam master suite. Meanwhile the crew quarters can accommodate a staff of three.

Designed by Michela Reverberi, the custom interiors include a mixture of washed satin oak and ebony, lending her a modern art-deco style. All in-house built furniture has been designed with rounded edges equipped with indirect strip LED lights which, when lit in the dark, give the impression that the furniture is floating.

Other standout features include a four metre tender garage accommodating a Williams 3.85 metre jet tender, a hardtop bimini and a Seakeeper gyroscopic stabiliser system.

Power comes from a pair of Caterpillar C32 ACERT 1,925hp engines for a top speed of 32 knots and a cruising speed of 27 knots.
