22 February 2013 • Written by Tom Isitt

Brian Coleman informs me of the sale of the Quiet Place, a 100ft (30.5m) Broward motor yacht. Huish Marine acted for both Buyer and Seller in this in-house transaction.

Designed and built by Broward Marine in 1997, her original interior was designed by Robin Rose and upgraded later by Marc Michaels. She features a full-width saloon with a dining area and accommodates eight guests in four cabins. Quiet Place is equipped with twin Caterpillar 3412 engines, allowing a top speed of 20+ knots.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Quiet Place was asking $1,890,000.
