A secretive, 78-metre Lürssen superyacht build known as Ace 21 has been spotted outside the shed for the first time. The project was briefly transported between halls at the shipyard's facility in Lemwerder, Germany, where she will complete final works before delivery this year.
The hull of Ace 21 was last sighted in April 2023, when she first arrived at Lemwerder for outfitting works. Her design team is yet to be revealed but the initial imagery shows five decks, clean lines and a plumb bow.
Other confirmed details include a volume of 2,500GT, diesel propulsion and a steel and aluminium build.
Ace 21 is one of 10 projects currently under construction at Lürssen, including the 134.2-metre Project Deep Blue – scheduled for delivery this year – the 114.2-metre Project Cosmos and the 107-metre Shackleton, previously known as Project Icecap.
Last year, Lürssen celebrated the delivery of another elusive vessel, the 142.1-metre Dragonfly. Highlights include an interior volume of approximately 9,500GT, which houses a glass-bottom pool on the main deck, a cinema, spa and a water sports centre, among other amenities.
