US yacht builder Hodgdon has unveiled a new 10.5 metre limousine tender at the Monaco Yacht Show 2015.
Announced in August, but shown to the industry for the first time at MYS, the new tender has been designed by Michael Peters Yacht Design and joins Hodgdon’s existing Venetian series custom tenders, which range from 8.5 to 12 metres.
Featuring an eye-catching green-blue paint job – making it the perfect matching tender for this season’s fashionably blue hulled yachts – the new tender can seat up to 11 passengers and features two oversized owner’s chairs. Comfort and entertainment is provided by a high definition media system, refrigerator/bar, climate control and an optional leather and wood veneer interior.
On the tech side, windows on port and starboard side power down to allow generous guest boarding access while the salon boasts a hydraulic hardtop that allows the entire ceiling to raise to offer full-height headroom and 360 degree visibility.
“As a superyacht builder ourselves, Hodgdon is uniquely positioned to bring superyacht building standards to the tender world,” said Timothy Hodgdon, President of Hodgdon Yachts.
“Our commitment is not only to deliver these expected levels of innovation and quality, but to also support our tenders with the strength of a dedicated shipyard.”
The new limo tender is Hodgdon’s 422nd hull and its tenth tender built since 2011. It will be available for sale and delivery in the Mediterranean immediately after Les Voiles Saint Tropez, which finishes on October 4, 2015.
