The first interior images of the 75.7-metre, Feadship-built Alvia have been released by her central agency for charter, Burgess. The superyacht was delivered to her owner in May 2024 and is currently anchored in Miami, according to BOATPro.
Alvia was launched in late August, marking the first time the then-secretive superyacht had been spotted since it arrived at the shipyard's Van Lent facility in September 2021. British studio RWD is responsible for exterior and interior design, with interiors completed in collaboration with Susan Young and naval architecture by de Voogt.
Accommodation is across seven cabins, including an owner's deck with a massage and beauty salon, an outdoor firepit and a skylight in the master suite. A major social hub is the glass-bottomed, main deck swimming pool, measuring 6.4 metres and arranged with sun loungers, a sunpad, a bar, dining area and television.
Sunlight filters through the pool and illuminates the al fresco gym on the lower deck, which also benefits from a fold-down balcony. An outdoor games deck continues the sporty theme, with the bow able to be configured for basketball, pickleball, football or golf. The lower deck also features a wellness centre complete with an infrared sauna, steam room, plunge pool, beach club and swim platform.
The abundance of al fresco spaces continues with the bridge deck, which is fitted with a television for daytime sports that transforms into an outdoor cinema with an 85-inch screen by night. A bar and DJ station also make this space a versatile option for the evening, though a "more intimate" setup can be found on the sundeck with its Jacuzzi and lounge.
Other highlights include a wine cellar, an indoor cinema styled in shades of black and silver and a custom limousine tender. An elevator services the main deck to the bridge deck.
Key numbers of the steel-and-aluminium build include a beam of 13.6 metres and a gross tonnage of 2,220.
This month has been a busy one for the Dutch yard, with the launch of the 75.8-metre One, the successful sea trials of the world's first fuel-cell powered superyacht, Project 821 and a construction update on the highly secretive Project 1014.
