Italian yard Falcon Yachts has sold a custom, 45-metre project named Stella Azure. The yacht is already under construction at the yard's Pisa site with delivery to her "experienced owners" set for 2025. The buyer was represented by Uri Rotshtain of Best Marine USA – a management company based in Fort Lauderdale – who is also overseeing the build.
The project has brought together Dutch firm Ginton Naval Architects and Milanese studio Hot Lab on exterior and interiors, respectively. Once delivered, Stella Azure will be enjoyed by her owners during the summer season, with plans to officially debut her at the 2025 Monaco Yacht Show.
Highlights include the upper deck, which is dedicated to the owner with a cabin, dedicated office and private aft deck. A VIP cabin is found on the main deck, while the remaining four cabins are positioned on the lower deck and within reach of a spa area complete with a gym and hot tub.
Alongside the VIP cabin, the main deck houses a lounge and dining area styled in shades of white and "aqua green". Large side windows will afford the interior spaces ample natural light.
On the technical side, Stella Azure will be RINA-classed and cruise under the Marshall Islands flag for unrestricted navigation.

"We have other exciting negotiations underway with potential clients that we hope to pursue, aiming to strengthen our position within the 40- to 50-metre boat builders' market segment, where Italy is a global leader."
Falcon Yachts recently revealed its flagship concept, the 48.7-metre F50, which would be scheduled for 2027 once ordered.
