Turkish design studio Uldas Yacht Design has unveiled Ada 60 Z, a new concept set to be built by Bodrum-based shipyard Ada Yacht Works.
The 60 metre concept has no shortage of wow factor, with features including three pools, an upper deck helipad and a completely open main deck beach club and waterfront lounge.
The 498 GT yacht features both interior and exterior design by Uldas. The yacht’s profile is defined by a sweeping hull line, a slightly reversed bow and a slanted mast that gives her a sporty edge.
Her interiors are contemporary, with plenty of discreet lighting, off-white shades and a mix of dark marbles and pale woods. Renderings suggest a penthouse-style master cabin and private lounging nooks on both the port and starboard sides of the yacht.
Highlights include a generous upper deck with a circular dining table, forward pool and aft deck helipad. There is a second jacuzzi-style pool on the sundeck, which is particularly sheltered.
The open-air beach club is a key to the yacht’s design, with unfolding bulwarks, a long stretch of pool and sofa seating.
Accommodation is offered for 12 guests in six well-appointed cabins. Crew quarters can accommodate nine crew in five cabins.
The yacht will be built in steel and aluminium with a pair of 1,300 horsepower engines providing a top speed of 15 knots. Her shallow draft of 2.5 metres will give her substantial cruising freedom.
Set for launch in 2025, Aza 60 Z is proof of the creative capacities of the Turkish yacht-building industry.
