The 25-metre AB80 motor yacht Full Moon has been successfully delivered to her owner following her launch from AB Yachts’ shipyard in Massa, Italy, earlier this month.
Full Moon is the third unit in the Italian shipyard’s entry-level AB80 series, with AB Yachts opting for an imposing, athletic exterior aesthetic for the vessel.
Designed with a jet-black paint job, she stands out from her metallic-grey sisters Incentivized and G-Five, though maintains a narrow planing hull and mix of angular and curved exterior lines that have become characteristic of the series. Floating Life acted as the owner’s representative throughout the construction.
Accommodation is for up to seven guests across three cabins, including a convertible gym area fitted with a Pullman bed to maximize the yacht’s 81GT space. While full details have not yet been disclosed, Full Moon’s fully custom interiors are owed to the owner’s architect, Fulvio Esposito, in collaboration with the shipyard.
Now delivered, the owners are ready to spend Full Moon’s first summer season in the warm waters of the Balearic Islands.
Powered by three MAN 2000hp engines and three MJP waterjets, Full Moon can reach an eye-watering speed of 55 knots.
According to BOAT Pro, AB Yachts has two AB100s currently under construction and due for delivery this year.
