The ninth unit in AB Yachts' AB 100 series has been launched in Viareggio, Italy. The 30.5-metre yacht marks the shipyard’s fifth delivery of 2024 and will now undergo final outfitting before taking to the seas.
The two-deck yacht is characterised by sharp, angular lines, with a white profile and dark glazing that dominates the superstructure. Key design features include a spacious flybridge and a beach area designed to enhance the owner’s connection to the water.
Her interiors were developed by the shipyard in collaboration with Studio Archea. According to AB Yachts, the living spaces feature "premium materials" and "bespoke design solutions" tailored to meet the owner’s preferences. The layout has also been penned to "maximise connection with the sea," with the saloon fluidly blending indoor and outdoor spaces.
With a top speed exceeding 50 knots, the yacht is powered by three 2,000 hp MAN engines paired with MJP water jets.
According to BOATPro, AB Yachts has three units on order or actively under construction, including the first hull in its AB 125 series.
This launch follows the announcement of a new, dual-version model at the 2024 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. Known as the AB95, the first version prioritises onboard liveability while the second has been tailored toward an "adrenaline-seeking" owner.
