Good news from Noell Vawter at Worth Avenue Yachts that he's found a buyer for the 44 metre motor yacht Maghreb V, listed for sale by Moran Yacht & Ship.

Maghreb V was built in aluminium by US superyacht yard Burger Boats and launched in 2006 as Mirgab V. ABS classed and MCA compliant, she was designed by the yard’s in-house team. Special features include an elevator and wheelchair accessibility. Accommodation is for 14 guests in seven staterooms and 10 crew in five cabins. Guest accommodation consists of a master suite, four double staterooms and two twin cabins, all with en suite bathroom facilities.

Her huge saloon has almost full height picture windows. To starboard there is a pair of glass doors opening out onto a drop-down balcony over the sea. At the forward end there is a large dining table with seating for 12 guests and low height storage cabinets for china. The large main saloon has L-shaped couches forward and to port with four comfortable chairs surrounding a large coffee table. This area has African cherry wood finish on the walls and furniture with traditional detailing.

Twin 2,735hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 13 knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. Comfort at sea and in port are assured by Quantum zero speed stabilisers.

Maghreb V was asking $16,500,000.
