The 32.3 metre motor yacht The Holding, listed for sale by Kevin Ralph and Veronica Pizza at Worth Avenue Yachts, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Rich Lazzara of HMY Yacht Sales.
Built in GRP by US superyacht yard Westport to a design by Gregory C Marshall, The Holding was delivered in 2003 as a Westport 106' model with an extensive refit in 2006. An interior by Pacific Custom Interiors features a large saloon in a mix of soothing colours and fabrics with neutral coloured granite counter tops throughout. A 'country style' galley has a raised U-shaped dinette with seating for six to eight and two occasional bar stools that can be used for additional seating.
Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins comprising a master suite, VIP suite, double and a twin cabin. All guest cabins have entertainment centres, Samsung television screens and en suite bathroom facilities while the crew quarters sleep four members of staff.
Perhaps one of the most notable features on The Holding is her massive aft deck with built in settees, a dining table, a wet bar, ice maker and a fridge. When combined with the 40-inch television screen mounted above the bar, this is the perfect spot for al fresco entertaining and dining. Twin 1,480hp engines give her a cruising speed of 18 knots.
The Holding was asking $3,495,000.
