A further $500,000 price drop has been announced on the 34.1-metre motor yacht Spirit, listed for sale with Brendan Roney of BR Marine Group and Michael Mahan of Worth Avenue Yachts.
Spirit was built in GRP by Westport, delivered to her owner in 2010. With her last refit in 2019, she is presented to the market "in turnkey condition and ready for immediate enjoyment," according to her brokers. Jack Sarin and Taylor Olson were responsible for the naval architecture while Marty Lowe designed her interiors.
Accommodation is for a party of up to 10 across four cabins, including a "California king bed" in the master cabin. There are quarters for a crew of five.
Her open-plan main saloon is light and airy with ample, comfortable seating as well as a four-seater game table. Forward, an eight-seater dining table of light oak is flanked by buffet style counter tops and the bulkhead is decorated with a "three panel art feature". A "country kitchen" with a centre island and table with U-shaped seating allows for informal dining.
Her brokers said: "this interior showcases a stunning, luminous design, making it the most personalized 112' interior available. Spirit seamlessly combines quality and design, featuring complementary light fabrics and wood finishes."
Twin 2,000hp MTU engines push the 212GT yacht for sale at an 18-knot cruising speed, topping out at 24 knots. Her range is 1,200 nautical miles.
Spirit is lying in West Palm Beach, USA, now asking $5,950,000.
