A further price drop of $8,100,000 has been announced on the 63.7-metre motor yacht Atomic, listed for sale with Mark Elliot of IYC.
Constructed by Viareggio Superyachts (VSY) in steel and aluminium, the yacht was delivered in 2020 to a design by Espen Oeino with naval architecture from Laurent Giles and the yard's in-house team. Her modern-chic interiors are from Franck Darnet Design.
This announcement comes nine months after a previous price drop of $5,000,000, bringing the total sum of reductions to $18,100,000 since Atomic first entered the brokerage market.
Noted by her broker to be an "owner’s dream", Atomic boasts plenty of space, amenities and features that make her a standout superyacht on the current brokerage market. Up to 17 guests are accommodated across six cabins, including a "massive" full-beam owner's suite on a private deck with two private terraces, panoramic views, lounge space, gym, separate office with sleeper sofa and a full-beam bathroom with bath. Meanwhile, there is accommodation for 16 crew.
Her 1101GT interior – characterised by coral-red tones and sea-life patterns – benefits from high ceilings and large windows, with her main saloon also home to comfortable stylish seating and a formal dining table for 10. Abstract art, leather finishes and "atmospheric" lighting add to her sophistication. There is also a glass lift with bird's eye view for easy access to all decks.
Built for an avid diver, one of the highlights on board the yacht for sale is the professional dive centre and beach club that is accessed via a folding balcony on her hull – instantly recognisable thanks to its grey hue embellished with a "Monaco Red" stripe.
The red theme is a prominent touch across the motor yacht, being the owner's favourite colour. Notably, her sun deck is home to a stunning "Monaco Red" iridescent, glass-bottomed, infinity spa pool, nearby to a barbecue, full bar and sun loungers that are also accessorised with red pillows. In the centre of the sun deck is an interior lounge with entertainment centre, while forward lies a cosy seating area around a gas fire pit and additional sun pads.
Below, her aft deck offers an al fresco dining table for up to 10 guests, while aft, Atomic tows a 14-metre Grady-White centre console with 600hp Mercury engines. She also has multiple balconies, including an open transom with staircase to provide easy water access.
Intended for exploration, Atomic is powered by twin Caterpillar engines for a top speed of 17 knots, cruising speed of 12 knots and range of 5,200 nautical miles. She is also fitted with zero speed stabilisers, and benefits from dynamic positioning.
Atomic is now asking $49,900,000 and lying in West Palm Beach, Florida ahead of her scheduled attendance at the 2025 Palm Beach International Boat Show.
