1. Pelorus - €25,000,000 price drop

The 115-metre Pelorus rejoined the brokerage market on Valentine's Day under a new joint central agency with Merle Wood of Merle Wood & Associates, Dominic Millman of Burgess and Alex Banning of SuperYachtsMonaco. Her re-entry to the market came with a major €25,000,000 reduction to her sales listing, marking one of the biggest price drops of the past year. Delivered in 2003, Pelorus was built under a trio of the most distinguished names in the industry: Lürssen, Tim Heywood and Terence Disdale. Up to 24 guests (or a dispensation of 36 guests) can enjoy an array of standout features on board, including two helipads, four pools, a Jacuzzi, a dedicated cinema room and a wellness centre with steam room and plunge pool.

Listed for sale with Ian Sherwood and Stéphanie Bosi of Burgess, Here Comes the Sun received a substantial €14,000,000 price drop just three days before the colossal price reduction on Pelorus. This major reduction to Here Comes the Sun's listing came only seven months after she was newly listed for sale in July 2024. At 89 metres, the custom superyacht was delivered in 2017 as the flagship of the Amels fleet, with an exterior and interior from design royalty Tim Heywood and Andrew Winch. A major rebuild in 2021 included a six-metre stern extension, the addition of a second helipad, an interior revamp and a full exterior repaint, all of which won her a Neptune for Best Rebuilt Yacht at the 2022 World Superyacht Awards.

The 49.9-metre Alamshar received a €9,250,000 price drop this month on her sales listing with Virginia Di Antonio of Yachting Partners International (YPI). Commissioned by the late Prince Karim Al-Husseini, also known as the Aga Khan IV, she was delivered in 2014 as the only all-gas-turbine-powered yacht in the world, capable of speeds in excess of 45 knots. Alongside impressive top speeds, her Donald L. Blount and RWD design offers 12 guests optimum comfort on board within a unique profile characterised by elongated blue-tinted windows and sculptural curved lines.

King Benji received a $5,500,000 price drop this month and a new joint central agency with Merle Wood of Merle Wood & Associates and Kurt Bosshardt and Juno Prudhomm of Denison Yachting was announced at the same time. Penned by Gregory C. Marshall, the explorer yacht was delivered in 2024 to avid YouTuber and credited documentarian Josh Golder and is home to an array of features including a crow's nest, transformable beach club and custom multi-temperature foredeck tub. Her Design Unlimited interiors – inspired by the owner's spirit and passion for adventure – won her the Best Interior Design award for motor yachts under 500GT at the recent BOAT Design & Innovation Awards 2025. Accommodation is for up to 10 guests across a dedicated owner's upper deck and four guest cabins.

The 2023-delivered Mengi Yay motor yacht Gisa saw €3,100,000 deducted from her sales listing at the end of February, listed for sale with Filip Jerolimov of IYC. Built for a very experienced owner, the 43.5-metre was designed inside and out by VYD Studio, with naval architecture from Ginton Naval Architects. Her interiors are beautifully contemporary, decorated with black lacquered ceilings, integrated lighting and marble feature walls. A standout feature of Gisa is her beach club - larger than other yachts in her class, with folding wings that extend outwards and situated next to a glass-fronted aft plunge pool. Accommodation is for 10 guests across five cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck.
6. Five Oceans - €3,000,000 price drop

Delivered at the end of 2024, Damen Yachting's Five Oceans, listed for sale with Rob Dolling of Verpeka Dolling, received a further €3,000,000 price drop on her sales listing, just three months after a previous €2,000,000 reduction. Highly customised at an expense of more than €2,000,000, the 53.3-metre vessel is from the Dutch yard's YS 53 series and able to carry anywhere between six and 16 guests or crew. Aside from her vast aft deck, a highlight on board is the custom dive centre located in the stern, equipped with full custom NITROX compressors, a mixing station and a wet suit drying room.

On the market with joint central agents Merle Wood of Merle Wood & Associates and Vladimir Tupikov of Eastwind Yachts, the 60-metre Lürssen motor yacht Bella Vita received a $3,000,000 price reduction on her sales listing this month, exactly two months after a previous reduction of $5,000,000. Designed by Espen Øino, Bella Vita was launched by the German yard in 2010 as Katie Sue II, showcasing classic interiors from Glade Johnson. The 60-metre sleeps 12 guests in six double cabins, all with king-size beds, and is home to amenities including a fully equipped gym and sundeck Jacuzzi. However, the star of the show is her full disco room with laser lights, DJ mixing decks and a smoke machine.
