The 24.97 metre Sunseeker motor yacht XDM, listed for sale by Harry Bristow-Holmes at Bristow-Holmes, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Delivered by the British yard in 2006, XDM is a Predator 82 model, built to an in-house design. She has a fibreglass hull and is the only Sunseeker Predator 82 to be fitted with fin stabilisers to reduce rolling when at sea.
XDM can sleep up to eight guests in her four air-conditioned cabins. All cabins are en suite and finished with sleek cherry satin cabinetry. The saloon has benefitted from an extensive soft furnishings refit in 2015 and now has fresh white sofa cushions and blinds. The most notable feature in the saloon is the unique rotating glass sunroof which, combined with the panoramic windows, allows for plenty of light indoors. For entertainment, flatscreen TVs are included in all guest cabins, and the saloon and master stateroom have also been installed with a surround sound system.
On deck, there are areas for lounging and sunbathing as well as a wet bar with an icemaker. She also includes a garage for storing a tender and Jet Ski.
XDM is powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines and can reach a cruising speed of 22 knots and a top speed of 28 knots.
XDM was asking €895,000.
