The 27.32 metre VMG sailing yacht Spirit of Venice has had a central agency change and is now listed for sale with Gabriele Modica Ragusa at Northrop & Johnson.
Dijkstra Metaalbewerking in Harlingenbuilt her reinforced aluminium hull, while her superstructure was completed by VMG Shipbuilders to a design by Olivier van Meer, who also penned the interiors. Launched in 2018, the sailing yacht for sale’s design combines modern elements with an authentic style.
Thanks to a reduced draft, she can enter smaller harbours and shallow sailing areas, while her stern platform allows easy access for her tender to slide into the water.
Accommodation comes for up to six guests in three well-appointed cabins, comprising a master cabin with a double bed, sofa and a book-corner, with two additional double cabins providing storage and spacious bathrooms.
Spirit of Venice’s interiors are characterised by traditional styling and showcases its historical influence with a collection of artworks. Ample seating is found in her main saloon, with rich leather furnishings complemented wood elements and bronze highlights.
Her raised deck offers guests a spacious living area via the pilothouse, while the lower deck hosts a large formal dining area and fully-equipped galley.
When not under sail, power comes from a 202hp Volvo Penta D7 engine with a total fuel capacity of 3,160 litres, while her sailplan totals 281 square metres.
Spirit of Venice is asking €2,600,000.
