Curtis Stokes & Associates send word that Tom Sheehy has closed on his listing for sale, the 25.6 metre motor yacht Sailbad the Sinner, with Scott B. Jones & Associates acting for the buyer.

Sailbad the Sinner is a one-owner yacht and was custom built in GRP for a knowledgeable and experienced owner by US yard Northcoast Yachts with delivery in 2002. The unique design provides larger staterooms and heads without adding to the length of the boat. She was created by naval architect Jack Sarin and exterior designer Paul Frederickson; her sleek lines and high freeboard make her a comfortable and modern looking yacht. Features include walk-around side decks while a covered aft deck with seating offers an ideal spot for al fresco entertaining and dining. Another excellent spot for outdoor relaxation is her expansive flybridge.

Accommodation on Sailbad the Sinner is for six guests in a master suite, VIP stateroom and a twin cabin, all with en suite bathroom facilities and twin 1,480hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 20 knots.

Sailbad the Sinner was asking $1,599,000.
