The 61.5-metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Lemon Tree has joined the market with Jonathan Zwaans of Y.CO.
Delivered by the Italian builder Sanlorenzo in 2021, the steel and aluminium superyacht sports striking lines by Officina Italiana Design and contains a contemporary interior by Margherita Casprini and Francesco Paszkowski.
The broker pointed out: "The huge beach club and spectacular master cabin with its expansive private deck are what sets Lemon Tree apart. The yacht boasts impressive outdoor space and, being commercially compliant with a proven charter record, offers excellent charter potential."
Accommodation is for a party of 14 guests in seven cabins, one of which serves as a massage room. The forward-facing owner's suite has a private deck with a pool and an adjoining sky lounge which can be converted into a family cinema. A guest elevator services the main deck, owner's deck and sun deck. There are quarters for a crew of 16.
Subtle textures are evident throughout, from the soft furnishings to the tactile walls in the guest cabins and bursts of colour which offset the neutral tones.
Lemon Tree offers guests a large Hammam plus a beach club which has openings on three sides and a glass ceiling which lets natural light flood in through the pool. Steps lead down from the aft deck to the swim platform.
The 1,280GT ABS-classed yacht for sale can reach 16.5 knots under her twin MTU 12V 4000 M64 diesels. Cruising speed is 12 knots and she has a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 11 knots.
Tenders include a 10-metre Pascoe Open Limousine and an 8.5-metre Ribeye YT811 with 300hp engine.
Lemon Tree is asking €59,500,000 and is lying in the South of France.
