The 35 metre Greenbay motor yacht Gaudeamus, listed for sale by Juan Andrade at SuperYachtsMonaco, has received a price reduction of €550,000.
Built in aluminium by Singapore yard Greenbay, she was delivered in 1996 and most recently refitted in 2019. She comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests overnight in five cabins, comprising a master suite, two VIP suites and two twin cabins, all with en suite bathroom facilities. She is also capable of carrying up to five crew aboard.
The main saloon is the full 23' beam of the yacht to give a large, open feeling. The exquisite joinery is mainly pear wood with highlights of maple burl in a soft satin finish. A highlight of the interior is the tray ceiling with the overhead panels cut in a curving pattern with swirls of mini lights to give the impression of stars at night. The dining table located at the forward end of the saloon can be expanded to allow seating for ten guests.
Outdoors, the sun deck includes an al fresco dining area, two seating areas, a lounge area for sunbathing, as well as a built-in Jacuzzi. Twin 1,050hp MAN diesel engines deliver a cruising speed of 10 knots topping out at 11.5 knots.
Lying in Monaco, Gaudeamus is now asking €950,000 with VAT paid.
