The 33 metre motor yacht Troca One, listed for sale with Blake Nichol at Denison Yachting, has had a price reduction of $391,000.
Built in GRP by US yard Viking Yachts, Troca One was delivered in 2002 as a sleek sportscruiser. An interior in high gloss maple sleeps up to eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and port and starboard twins, all with flatscreen JVC televisions, entertainment centres and marble en-suite bathroom facilities. There is also accommodation for three crew in two en-suite cabins.
In the saloon, to starboard is a fully equipped marble topped bar with a fridge, ice maker and wine cooler, while to port are built-in cabinets that provide plenty of storage on board this yacht for sale. The maple finish is perfectly complemented by light soft goods, furnishings and window treatments. On the forward bulkhead, a flatscreen JVC television with home theatre surround sound is flanked by maple cabinetry and grooved columns. The dining room is separated from both the galley and the main saloon, and provides comfortable seating for up to eight people in a formal setting around a contemporary glass dining table.
The sundeck is expansive with ample seating, an al fresco dining area and a full wet bar with fridge, ice maker and a grill for outdoor entertaining. The forward part of the flybridge is covered by a Bimini top and also has a separate helm position.
Twin 1,800hp MTU diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 16 knots, topping out at 22 knots.
Lying in Boston, Massachusetts, Troca One is now asking $1,999,000.
