The 24 metre motor yacht Nea Moni, listed for sale by William Campbell at Yachting Partners International, has had a €250,000 price reduction.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Cayman Yachts to an in-house design, Nea Moni was delivered in 2010 as a 75HT model. An interior panelled in solid bleached oak and edged in wengè accommodates up to seven guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite, double and twin with a Pullman berth, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities. There are also quarters for two crew aboard this yacht for sale.
The saloon comes with comfortable furniture, an entertainment centre and an electric hydraulically powered roof to allow daylight to pour in. Outside, the spacious deck area is equipped with a large table, a settee and a number of deck chairs, offering plenty of space for sunbathing or al fresco entertaining. She also boasts a stern bathing platform and a garage housing a 3.4 metre tender.
Overall, with a beam of six metres and a draft of two metres, Nea Moni offers spacious interiors and the ability to anchor in the peaceful harbours unavailable to many other yachts. Twin C-32 1,650hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 22 knots and a maximum speed of 29 knots.
Lying in Hyeres, France, Nea Moni is now asking €950,000 with VAT paid.
