The 27-metre tri-deck motor yacht Magical Days has been sold, with Bill Powers of 26 North Yachts representing the seller and Parker Bogue and Mike Hartman of Luke Brown Yachts representing the buyer.
Built of GRP by Taiwanese yard President Marine, she was delivered in 2007 and refitted in 2018 and 2021, with over $400,000 invested in the latter refit.
Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in four staterooms consisting of a full-beam master suite with a king sized bed, a VIP stateroom with a queen sized bed and two twin cabins. There are quarters for a crew of two.
Her expansive main saloon offers comfortable upholstered seating areas, with huge wraparound windows and highly polished wood surfaces. Her formal dining area leads to a well-equipped, full-beam galley. She has large volumes and walk-around side decks that lead to two al fresco dining areas aft and forward, including a circular lounging area in the bow.
An upholstered aft deck dining area is the perfect place to host outdoor entertainment and gourmet meals, with built-in upholstered seating and tables. On the technical side, twin 1,500hp MTU engines – that were overhauled in 2021 and have logged just 200 hours since – give the 122GT yacht a cruising speed of 14 knots and maximum speed of 18 knots, while her cruising range is 560 nautical miles.
Magical Days was asking $1,449,000.
