The 33-metre Nautor Swan sailing yacht Fancy has been newly listed for sale under a joint central agency with Nautor Swan Brokerage and Youri Loof of Bernard Gallay Yacht Brokerage (BGYB).
The first Swan 108, this RINA classed yacht was delivered in 2023 to a design by Micheletti & Partners and naval architecture by Germán Frers. Fancy has been a successful charter yacht and is under Nautor warranty until 2025. The broker noted: "She is a true masterpiece, combining impeccable performance with refined aesthetics, offering an unparalleled experience and the quality that Swan owners expect."
Accommodation is for up to nine guests across four cabins, comprising a forward owner’s cabin, a VIP suite, two double guest cabins (all en suite) and quarters for a crew of five. The work of Misa Poggi, the interior is typified by natural light, custom-designed details and woods, including quarter-cut oak with a light brown stain and hand-rubbed finish.
The main saloon benefits from the large portholes, allowing the space to be bathed in natural light. Meanwhile, the small lounge is suitable for board games and movie nights and the dining area offers "the possibility of enjoying a dining area and service worthy of the finest French restaurants," according to her brokers.
Painted in "Town Grey", the deck features titanium fittings and a teak finish. There's plenty of space to relax, including on the vast central cockpit and large sunbathing area, while further highlights come in the form of a spacious dinghy garage and a suite of hydraulic winches for effortless sail handling.
The yacht for sale is equipped with advanced systems such as Starlink internet, a comprehensive B&G navigation suite and a climate control system.
Power derives from a 350hp engine, giving the yacht a cruising speed of 10 knots.
Lying in Badalona, Spain, Fancy is asking €18,500,000. The yacht featured in BOAT International's March issue, when BOAT stepped on board Fancy for the first time.
