The 49.5 metre motor yacht Exuma has been listed for sale by David Legrand at Fraser in Monaco.
Built entirely from aluminium, she was the first of the Vitruvius line of motor yachts from Italian yard Perini Navi designed by Philippe Briand and delivered in 2010. She became joint winner of the Motor Yacht of the Year award alongside Eclipse at the World Superyacht Awards 2011.
Exuma is able to accommodate up to 10 guests in luxury. Amidships, the main lobby features a guest staircase that directly connects the three decks, a day head and the owner's private area, comprising two staterooms, both with large glass windows and en suite bathrooms fitted with Italian marble. The lower deck is accessed through the central guest staircase, and features two VIP cabins and one twin cabin, all with en suite bathrooms.
The main deck saloon offers three sofas arranged in a C-shape to the port side, while the dining area forward hosts a table that can be extended, depending on the number of guests dining and is completed with a useful pantry.
Meanwhile, the upper saloon is a great place to relax, boasting an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, armchairs and an entertainment area. At her optimised cruising speed of 13 knots, she delivers an impressive range of over 5,500 miles from her 75,000 litre fuel tanks and is fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilisers.
Exuma is asking €16,900,000 with VAT paid.
