The result of a winning collaboration between Perini Navi and leading international naval architect, Ron Holland Design, STATE OF GRACE was built as a contemporary high-performance sailing yacht. Launched in 2013 as the first of Perini Navi’s 40m Fast Cruising series, she offers an exhilarating sailing experience without compromising on onboard comfort and luxury.

Over the 2022/2023 winter period she underwent a comprehensive mechanical refit in conjunction with an extensive interior refit of her communal guest areas. Italian born designer Francesca Muzio has created a sumptuous feel throughout the lower and upper salons, which now flow freely into a greatly improved aft deck area.

Her interiors now reflect a classic but contemporary nautical style alongside some stunning artwork from the owner’s collection. The guest and owner’s areas are second to none. A spacious full beam master suite offers a large Turkish Hammam steam shower, a ‘Therasage’ shiatsu massage machine, a fully equipped gym area with Technogym cross trainer, Concept 2 Dynamic Indoor Rower, free weights, and exercise bars, in addition to a pull-out massage bed. There are a further three guest cabins, two of which are doubles with ensuites, and the third aft starboard guest cabin is versatile in its configuration as either a twin or a double, with an additional Pulman.

Her layout has been creatively designed to provide ample leisure, relaxation, dining and daytime activity spaces across interior and exterior spaces. Her split-level salon with class leading deckhead heights, creates two social areas on the main and lower decks with dining space for eight on the lower salon, and comfortable seating for the same amount in the upper salon.

STATE OF GRACE’s characteristic large aft dropdown swim platform offers easy access to the sea as well a superb sea level sunbathing area.

A fully carbon southern spars rig provides exceptional performance in light winds. Her construction features a 17-ton lifting centreboard keel which can be deployed to a maximum draft of 9.1m, ensuring incredible stability whilst cruising and when raised to 3.5m provides increased accessibility to shallow cruising areas and anchorages.
