The 36.5 metre motor yacht Vanquish, listed for sale by James Auld at SuperYachtsMonaco, has been sold with Michael Mahan at Worth Avenue Yachts introducing the buyer.
Vanquish was built with an aluminium hull and GRP superstructure by US superyacht yard Palmer Johnson to Lloyd's class with exterior and interior styling by the famed Nuvolari Lenard design team. She was delivered in 2006 as the fourth yacht in the successful PJ 120 series and had a major refit and upgrade in 2011 including a full repaint.
Her contemporary interior features a massive saloon with large panoramic windows for superb views and houses generous relaxation areas on comfortable sofas, a giant revolving plasma television screen and an adjacent formal dining area with seating for eight guests. Spacious entertaining areas are highlighted by a superb outdoor lounge on the flybridge that is ideal for relaxing cocktails as well as formal dinners.
She accommodates eight guests in three cabins consisting of a master suite with a king sized bed, two doubles with queen sized beds and a convertible TV room with twin berths. All cabins have en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for five crew. An innovative sun deck design with a retractable staircase provides unrivalled privacy.
With top speeds in excess of 30 knots, Vanquish is MCA compliant and is powered by twin 2,285hp engines. She has a range of 1,100 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 22 knots.
