Data from BOATPro reveals that November 2024 saw a flurry of activity in the brokerage market, with 29 sales of yachts 24 metres and above. These sales totalled €329.7 million, keeping pace with last year’s November figures of €332.1 million from 26 sales.
The most expensive sale was the 65-metre Lürssen Polar Star, with an asking price of €49,000,000. Matt Albert of Superyacht Partners represented the buyer.
While the total sales value was similar, the average asking price dipped slightly to €11.4 million this year, compared to €13.8 million in November 2023.
Price drops in November 2024 were also comparable with the same month last year, with 65 reductions totalling €49 million, compared to 59 drops amounting to €51.5 million in November 2023. The largest adjustment was a €3.95 million reduction on My Legacy, listed with Rupert Nelson of Burgess.

On the listings front, November saw 41 yachts join the brokerage market, valued collectively at €385.8 million, representing a slight decrease on last year's figures, which saw 52 listings with a value of €474.1 million.
Among the new listings was the 50-metre Overmarine Felicita, asking €38,000,000 with Moran Yacht & Ship, earning the title of the month’s most expensive new entry.
Other notable entries included the 65-metre Nicolini Adamas V, listed for sale with Fraser for €15,500,000; the 50-metre Heesen Rocket; listed for sale with Burgess, asking €28,000,000; the 46-metre Tecnomar Ipanemas, asking €15,500,000 with IYC; the 44-metre Warren Yachts Silver Dream, asking €6,250,000 with Burgess; the 45-metre Benetti Domani, asking €23,000,000 with Edmiston who are also selling the 45-metre Sanlorenzo Pandion Pearl, at an asking price of €26,500,000.
