The 27.43 metre yacht Pico has been sold with Iain Lawrie of Merle Wood & Associates acting for the seller and Scott Robertson of Marine Max representing the buyer.
Delivered in 2014, Pico is an Ocean Alexander 90 model featuring an interior design by Evan K. Marshall. She is currently lying in South Florida having her annual underwater work completed. Overseen by her full-time captain, other recent updates have included an MTU 1,000-hour service, new chiller plants and new teak on the swim platform and flybridge.
One of the highlights of this tri-deck yacht is its large flybridge, where a bar and Jacuzzi can be found. The main deck underneath is home to a swim platform to port and a walk-through seating area to the aft with a high gloss table, waterproof-cased TV and a marble bar.
Once inside the main saloon, guests will find six large windows with electric blinds, a pop-up TV, an entertainment centre and a newly-upholstered cream-coloured U-shaped sofa. The neighbouring dining area has space for up to eight guests and is connected to the well-equipped galley.
On the lower deck, the accommodation comprises of four staterooms for up to eight guests, including the owner’s stateroom which features a walkaround king-sized bed, TV, sofa, his-and-hers ensuite heads and a shower.
Twin MTU 12V 2000 engines give her a cruising speed of 18 knots and a maximum speed of 23 knots.
Pico was asking $4,750,000.
