Nor-Tech Motor Yacht Lady Lisa Sold

7 September 2020 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

The 24.38 metre motor yacht Lady Lisa has been sold with the buyer and seller represented by Gary Hardcastle at Denison Yachting.

Built in GRP by US builder Nor-Tech to an in-house design, she was delivered in 2011 as an 80’ ‘Roadster’ model combining speed, sleek good looks and plenty of space. Accommodation is for six guests in three cabins, all with en suite shower facilities.

Lady Lisa was asking $1,999,000

Her Arenson surface drives were fully serviced and resealed in Summer 2019 and her twin Caterpillar C32 A-Cert diesel engines have an extended warranty until January 2021.

Lady Lisa is speedy, too, with the 1,925hp Caterpillar engines reaching a maximum speed of 52 knots.

Lady Lisa was asking $1,999,000.
