The 24.95 metre sailing yacht Vita Bella has been jointly listed for sale by dahm international and Fine Yachts.
Built in aluminium by German yard Dubbel & Jesse to a design by Joachim Kinder, she was delivered in 1991 and regularly upgraded since, including a full refit in 2011. Accommodation is for six guests consisting of a master suite amidships and two twins forward, all with entertainment centres and en suite shower facilities. In addition there is a twin cabin aft for two crew.
A large and comfortable saloon with mahogany panelling has built in semi-circular seating around a round table and offers a bar, ice maker and entertainment system. There is also updated heating and air conditioning throughout this yacht for sale. The aft deck area can be protected from the sun by a removable awning and a stainless steel ladder leads down to a carbon fibre swim platform.
On the technical side, Vita Bella is sloop rigged with a carbon fibre mast and boom by Southern Spars, Elvstrom sails and Lewmar hydraulic winches. One of her upgrades included the installation of a Quantum Fusion in-boom mainsail furling system, enabling worldwide cruising with a small crew. All the rigging has been completely checked and renovated in 2012.
Under power, twin 168hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 10 knots and she comes complete with a tender, two sets of scuba diving equipment and a Bauer dive compressor.
Lying in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, Vita Bella is asking €950,000 with VAT paid.
