The 32.1-metre motor yacht Princess L is newly listed for sale with Stephanie Bosi and Dimitris Maroulis of Burgess.
Built of GRP in Italy by Fipa Italiana Yachts, the Maiora yacht was delivered in 2006 and refitted in 2018. Her exterior is by Maiora with the interior designed by Roberto del Re.
Accommodation is for 12 guests in five cabins. The owner's cabin, located aft on the lower deck, is full-beam and boasts his and hers bathrooms sharing a spa bath with a shower. Also on the lower deck, a second full-beam double VIP cabin is forward, along with two twin cabins amidships, each with an additional Pullman berth. There is another VIP double forward on the main deck and further quarters allow for a crew of five.
Her layout is unusual for the size of the vessel and she boasts a dedicated dining room to port, immediately forward of the saloon, the latter having diagonal hardwood flooring flanked by sofas to port and starboard – and cream leather deckheads above. There is open-air dining on the main deck aft and steps lead down to the swim platform and tender and toy stowage. Sidedecks lead forward to a vast sunpad on the foredeck.
A large flybridge sports a lounge area with banquette seating on either side of a table, shaded by the bimini, while aft is a full-beam sunpad.
The 149GT yacht for sale has a cruising speed of 20 knots, a maximum speed of 26 knots and a range of 460 nautical miles, powered by twin 2,400hp MTU diesels. The broker pointed out that Princess L has a very good charter record.
Lying in Athens, Greece, Princess L is asking €2,800,000 with VAT paid.
