Gage Powell at Ardell in Fort Lauderdale sends in the news that his central agency for sale, the 40.5m sailing yacht Marlin Delrey V, has had a price cut.

Designed and built by a team at the top of their game in 1993, this superyacht's naval architect was Ron Holland, exterior stylist Tony Castro and interior designer Ken Freivokh, while the builder was Germany's Lürssen yard. Lloyds classed, Marlin Delrey V was refitted in 2002 and has recently upgraded mechanical systems and a fresh repaint. Previously asking $8.25 million, she's now on the market at $7.75 million.
