News in from Phil Annunzia at Luke Brown Yachts that he worked together with Real Deel Yachts to sell the 27.9 metre flybridge motor yacht Dolce.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Azimut, Dolce was delivered in 2001 as the 65th hull in the yard's successful Ultimate 85 range. Her interior is finished in high gloss woodwork throughout, a finish much sought after by today's style conscious buyer. Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in four staterooms. Both the master suite and VIP staterooms have queen sized beds while the port and starboard twin cabins have additional Pullman berths. All staterooms have en suite bathroom facilities with full walk-in showers.
Dolce features a hidden aft garage housing a Yamaha Waverunner with room to spare for more water toys and equipment. Her hull was repainted in royal blue in 2009 giving her even more of an elegant, sleek appearance. A spacious flybridge includes a large entertainment area and a hot tub which, along with her covered aft deck, allows plenty of space for al fresco entertainment and dining. Twin 1,500hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 22 knots and top speed of 26 knots.
Lying in Tampa, Florida, Dolce was asking $1,249,000.
