The 37.8 metre Lloyds Ships motor yacht Sunshine has been listed for sale by Whit Kirtland at Northrop & Johnson.
Built with an aluminium hull and superstructure by the prestigious Australian yacht builder Lloyd’s Ships in 1984, she has been regularly upgraded, most recently in 2014 when she underwent extensive refit works to bring her up to pristine condition both inside and out.
Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in five staterooms – comprising two very well appointed master suites, a luxurious VIP stateroom, and two triple cabins, all with en suite bathroom facilities. Crew quarters accommodate seven members of staff.
The main saloon is warm and inviting with a variety of seating options ensuring this space is well suited for socializing and entertaining. Forward of the lounge area is a formal dining table that welcomes up to eight guests. The yacht’s spacious and well-laid-out galley is also found on this deck. Its large walk-in fridge and freezer ensure the yacht is well-suited for long-range cruising.
The sky lounge is an ideal space to spend time with family and friends or relax. Here guests will find a full bar, abundant seating and a large 46-inch television screen with entertainment amenities.
In the engine room, twin 1,250hp Caterpillar 3412E diesel engines allow a top speed of 15.5 knots and a cruising speed of 12.5 knots. Her 46,116 litre fuel tanks and 15,876 litre water tanks give her a very useful cruising range.
