The 25.61 metre motor yacht Mistress has been sold at HMY Yacht Sales in an in-house deal.

Built in GRP by US yard Lazzara to an in-house design, she was delivered in 2009 as a Lazzara 84’ model and has had the same owner until now. An interior in high gloss pecan wood accommodates 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite with a king sized bed, two VIP suites to port and starboard with queen sized beds and two twin cabins. All cabins have entertainment centres, LCD television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. There is also accommodation for four crew in two cabins.

The open plan saloon has comfortable seating to port on a large settee and three lounge chairs, coffee tables and an entertainment centre to starboard featuring a 42 inch LCD HD television screen. Forward is a dining area with an oval dining table seating six guests and glass-fronted cabinets for tableware storage. Further forward still, the fully equipped galley has a crescent-shaped banquette seating six guests for casual snacks through the day.

The aft deck has a large freestanding settee, a table and chairs for al fresco entertaining and dining while upstairs the flybridge offers built in upholstered seating and a Jacuzzi spa tub. The sky lounge is dedicated to pure relaxation on comfortable seating in front of a 37 inch Sharp television screen. Twin Caterpillar C-32 diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 27 knots and she is fitted with Trac digital fin zero speed stabilisers.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Mistress was asking $2,899,000.
