A €295,000 price drop has been announced on the 26-metre JFA catamaran sailing yacht Azizam, listed for sale by Sean McCarter at Northrop & Johnson.
Built in epoxy composite by French yard JFA to a design by Joubert Nivelt, with exterior by Pierre Jacques Kubis, she was delivered in 2004 and most recently refitted in 2021, meaning that she is in immaculate condition. Accommodation is for six guests in three cabins, comprising master, VIP and twin cabins. There are quarters for two crew.
A cosy lounge area in the 11.9-metre wide saloon is fully carpeted and is furnished with settees, occasional chairs, a bar and an entertainment centre including a large plasma screen television. Al fresco entertaining and dining is catered for on a large aft deck, offering two tables and upholstered seating to port and starboard.
She has proven herself a successful long-range yacht with a round-the-world voyage, sailing with a crew of only two. The transpacific portion of the voyage was recorded with an average speed of 14 knots. An experienced sailing yacht owner has kept her in immaculate condition with continued capital investment throughout to ensure she is perfectly equipped for extensive and challenging offshore cruising.
The yacht for sale offers a large, stable platform for cruising and has proved to be a successful charter yacht while, under power, two 150hp Yanmar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of nine knots.
Azizam is now asking €2,200,000.
