The 49.95 metre ISA motor yacht Saint listed for sale by Marcello Maggi at Marcello Maggi Yacht Boutique, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Pierre Vezilier of IYC.
Built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard ISA to a design by Andrea Valicelli, she was delivered in 2012 as the second yacht in the yard’s ISA 500 series. A large, open interior by designer Francesco Paszkowski accommodates 12 guests in six cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, VIP suite, two doubles and two twin cabins, all with full en suite bathroom facilities.
Her transom design borrows from the ISA 47 metre series with stairways that lead down to a stern beach club with a bar and lounging area, which is accessed from the bathing platform by two wide curved glass doors. From the stern, guests can climb the twin stairways to a spectacular sun deck, which includes two sunbathing areas with sun beds and sun pads, a swimming pool area with a hydromassage Jacuzzi tub and an al fresco dining area including a dining table, bar and barbecue.
Interior areas throughout the yacht are decorated in exquisite taste with wooden paneling in grooved oak and flamed Brazilian rose wood acting as a backdrop to designer furniture, fabrics and finishes. On the main deck, the saloon has a living area boasting a flamed rosewood floor with a low table, two chairs and a sofa from Armani Casa, while the adjacent dining area has a floor in Travertino marble with a dining table for 12 guests surrounded by leather chairs by Matteo Grassi and lit with a Flos chandelier.
The panoramic sky lounge on the upper deck is designed as a media entertainment space, with a hi-fi sound system, a multitude of speakers and a home cinema video screen in front of a sofa and occasional seating.
She has a top speed of 16 knots thanks to two Caterpillar 1,650hp diesel engines and a pair of Quantum zero speed stabilisers ensure a smooth ride and comfort at anchor. She has a range of 4,300 nautical miles at 14 knots.
Saint was asking €17,500,000.
