The 44.2 metre motor yacht M3 has been listed for sale by Thom Conboy and Chris Collins at Ocean Independence.
Built in GRP by US yard Intermarine to a design by Luiz de Basto and ABS classed, M3 was delivered in 2002 and had an extensive $3 million refit in 2016. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, two doubles and a twin, all with entertainment centres, LCD television screens and marble en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for eight crew in five cabins on this yacht for sale.
In the main saloon, the striking design features include black walnut hardwood flooring and gloss maple wood joinery. There is comfortable seating on port and starboard cream settees plus a pair of matching ottomans, while entertainment comes courtesy of a large flat-screen television set and studio surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for 10 guests around a Makassar ebony table, and a built-in marble-topped buffet stores china, glassware and silver.
The main aft deck is fully equipped for al fresco entertaining and dining, offering a table, chairs and a full wet bar with four bar stools. Up on the flybridge is a Jacuzzi, wet bar, barbecue grill, lounging and seating areas. Twin 2,250hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 2,600 nautical miles.
On display at the Fort Lauderdale boat show, M3 is asking $12,495,000.
