Thom Conboy at BYS sends news of a $1 million price drop on his central listing for sale, the 44.81 metre motor yacht Lady M.

Designed by Luiz de Basto and built in GRP to ABS class by US yard Intermarine, Lady M was delivered in 2002 and features a five stateroom layout with a large master suite on the main deck and four oversized staterooms below. All staterooms have en suite facilities. A highly customised interior is finished in honey-glazed maple woodwork accented by gold and neutral tones.

Her skylounge is ideal for entertaining and offers a generous seating area, games table, entertainment system, wet bar and access to the shaded upper aft deck. The aft deck comes with a wet bar with fitted stools and a dining table.

Twin Caterpillar 2250hp engines give Lady M a comfortable cruising speed of 16 knots. She was most recently refitted in 2011 at the Rybovich yard, with the refit including a new paint job, a fresh interior and the latest in audio/visual equipment.

Lying in Newport, Rhode Island, Lady M is now down to $9.9 million.
