A $499,000 price drop has been announced on the 44.2-metre Heesen motor yacht At Last, listed for sale with Kristen Klein of Northrop & Johnson.
Delivered in 1990 by Dutch yard Heesen, the all-aluminium yacht has had multiple refits over the decades. In 2014 her interior was redesigned by Tui Pranich and updated again in 2017.
Accommodation is for a party of 11 guests in five staterooms. At Last's full-beam master cabin, on the main deck, has a Jacuzzi in the bathroom and rain shower with triple wall showerheads. A king-sized VIP, two queen-sized doubles and a twin with extra Pullman berth are located on the lower deck. There are quarters for a crew of eight.
The broker described the interior as having an "ambiance that is both sophisticated and chic, radiating a sense of relaxation". The main saloon welcomes guests with its generous seating, leading to the formal dining area. Above is the skylounge, featuring additional seating and a well-appointed bar.
On deck, At Last's sundeck sports a Jacuzzi, large sunpads forward, a bar and small dining table. A larger dining table is found on the bridge deck aft, shaded by the overhang, and another seating area and table on the foredeck.
Twin 2,735hp MTU engines (installed in 2009) and driving waterjets give the 391GT yacht for sale a maximum speed of 17 knots and cruising speed of 14 knots. Range is 1,500 nautical miles. The broker pointed out that her draft makes her perfect for cruising the Bahamas.
At Last is now asking $4,500,000. She is lying in Fort Lauderdale, USA.
