The 49.9-metre Heesen motor yacht Arkadia has been listed for sale with Y.CO.
Delivered in 2021, Arkadia was constructed with a full-displacement steel hull as the second yacht in the Dutch yard's 50-metre Steel class. She features an exterior design by Clifford Denn – characterised by a flared, bulbous bow and inspired by classic car design – while her interiors are the work of Reymond Langton and Dickie Bannenberg of Bannenberg & Rowell.
Accommodation on board is for up to 11 guests in five cabins, including a large owner's suite on the main deck, complete with a study, seating area, his-and-hers dressing rooms and a large bathroom, while three double cabins and a twin with a Pullman berth are located on the lower deck. There are also quarters for a crew of nine.
Arkadia's 499GT interiors are "calming, understated and elegant", according to her brokers, characterised by a palette of warm, neutral tones and accented by vibrant bursts of colour and texture.
The main saloon is a highlight of her interior. Natural light fills the space thanks to large windows, which is fitted with a dining table for 10 and sofas surrounding a unique coffee table that "echoes the contours of the seabed". A spacious upper lounge on the bridge deck offers another area for entertaining, with a bar, games table and lounging space. Unsurprisingly, she is a popular charter yacht.
Arkadia is best known for her expansive exterior deck spaces, such as the sundeck which has a bar, Jacuzzi, sun pads, sofas and an enclosed, fully-equipped gym.
Other features on board include an elegant beach club with a bespoke blue marble bar and dedicated wellness area, as well as a tender and toy storage on the foredeck. Arkadia is home to an extensive toy box including a dedicated Mastercraft ski boat, wakeboards, waterskis, a Jetski and a huge inflatable slide.
The yacht for sale can reach top speeds of 15 knots and cruising speeds of 12 knots. She has a range of 4,500 nautical miles at 10.5 knots.
Arkadia is asking €33,900,000. She is currently lying in Palm Beach ahead of her attendance at the 2025 Palm Beach International Boat Show.
