The 38.1 metre motor yacht Team Galati, listed for sale by Michael Galati at Galati Yacht Sales, has been sold in an in-house deal.
Built in GRP by Hargrave Custom Yachts to a design by J.B. Hargrave, she was delivered in 2013 as a 125’ raised pilothouse model. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins laid out as a master suite, VIP suite and two doubles convertible to twins, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.
At the aft entrance to the main saloon, the flooring is slabs of cream Kaduna marble. On either side of the entrance foyer there are large squared corner cabinets that define and strengthen the space. The starboard squared cabinet is the bar, complete with all the required storage, ice, sink etc and completely invisible when closed up. The port cabinet disguises the crew companionway on the outside of the vessel. Both of these cabinets have 44” mirrored recesses with marble shelves while two large settees face an entertainment centre including a 60-inch television screen.
On the flybridge, the steering station is on the starboard side with a double bench. There is another double bench on the port side; both facing forward. This area was designed for large groups, for dining or relaxation, as well as a professional service bar with seating for six. Aft of the bar is a cooking station with both an electric and gas grill, a utility sink and plentiful storage. Across from the buffet area is a large spa tub with its own small bar with two bar stools facing the spa for intimate conversations. There is also a large sun pad with deep storage underneath it. Aft are four lounge chairs with small side tables. Her top speed is 19 knots and her power comes from two 1,825hp Caterpillar C-32-ACERT diesel engines.
Team Galati was asking $8,499,000.
