The 32 metre motor yacht Lis, listed for sale by Sebastiano Pitasi at Engel & Volkers Yachting French Riviera, has had a further €150,000 price reduction.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Arno to a design by Andrea Bacigalupo, Lis was delivered in 2007 as one of the yard’s Leopard 32 models. Accommodation is for up to nine guests in four cabins including a master suite, VIP suite, a port double and a starboard twin. In addition, the master and VIP suites have LCD television screens and there are quarters for five crew.
The saloon is elegantly decorated with joinery in lacquered wood and leather lined bulkheads, and is fitted with a U-shaped settee, coffee tables, bar and an entertainment centre including a large LCD television screen. There is also a formal dining area with seating for eight guests.
Lis has several outdoor spaces for relaxation, including a huge cockpit with built-in upholstered seating at the stern, a table and five chairs, while stairways to port and starboard curve down to the swim platform and hydraulic transom garage. The flybridge is similarly well equipped, offering three helm chairs, ample seating, sun beds, loungers, a Jacuzzi, and a retractable Bimini top providing protection from the sun. For determined sun worshippers, the foredeck has a sun bed with upholstered cushions.
Stored ashore every winter, this yacht for sale has been cared for meticulously and her engines have logged only 550 hours to date. These engines, three 2,185hp MTU diesel units linked to triple water jets, power her to a top speed of 38 knots.
Lying in Olbia, Italy, Lis is now asking €3,450,000.
