The 38.9-metre sailing yacht Lady M has had a further €1,000,000 price drop. She is listed for sale with Fraser's Georges Bourgoignie and Stuart Larsen.
Built in New Zealand by Fitzroy in 2006, the aluminium fast cruising sloop was designed by the late Ed Dubois with an interior by RWD. During a 2022 refit her interior was redecorated to designs by H2 and substantial mechanical and system works were carried out as well as sails renewed.
Her four-cabin layout accommodates a party of up to 10, the owner and guests all being positioned aft. These cabins comprise a king-sized owner's suite, a double, a convertible double/twin with Pullman and a twin cabin with Pullman. There are quarters for six crew in three cabins forward.
The upper saloon, flooded with light through the wraparound windscreen, features a bar and service area as well as seating with a convertible table. The lower saloon boasts twin sofa areas, a coffee table and a large TV.
On deck, the bow may be shaded by a large awning and all 10 guests can chill out on beanbags, recessed in the coachroof. The main cockpit has two small tables that can be joined to make a large al fresco dining area, also for 10, protected by a hard bimini.
There is more upholstered seating aft of the twin helmstations, particularly attractive when the transom is folded open, the beach platform is deployed and more folding deckchairs laid out.
The 170GT yacht for sale has a cruising speed of 11 knots and top speed of 13 knots, when under power, with her single 700hp Caterpillar engine, and a range of 3,750 nautical miles. She is Lloyd's classed.
Lady M is now asking €7,950,000.
