A €400,000 price reduction has been announced on the 30.1-metre Ferretti Yachts motor yacht Spica, listed with Konstantinos Ladas of Capital Yachting.
The dynamic, angular exterior profile is by Filippo Salvetti and naval architecture by Ferretti Engineering Department.
Built in GRP by Ferretti Yachts and delivered in 2023, she is the 10th hull in the 1000 Series and the broker pointed out that Spica has "more than €1,800,000 of options and upgrades".
Accommodation is provided for an owner's party of 10 in five double cabins, the full-beam master cabin being positioned forward on the main deck and the guest cabins on the lower deck.
The finish throughout is light and contemporary, especially in the galley – immediately forward of the open-plan saloon and dining room – where the chef enjoys enviable views through a large window to port while cooking at the hob. An opening porthole, set within the window, allows for natural ventilation.
On deck, guests have plenty of options for relaxation from the newly designed beach platform aft to the sundeck with its commanding views ahead from the helm position and large al fresco dining table, protected by the slatted hard top.
The commercially-compliant, 190GT yacht for sale is powered by twin 1,319hp MTU diesel engines, giving her a cruising speed of 24 knots and top speed of 28 knots.
Lying in Athens, Greece, Spica is now asking €10,300,000.
