A further €800,000 price drop has been announced on the 30.1-metre Ferretti Yachts motor yacht Spica, listed for sale with Konstantinos Ladas of Capital Yachting. This reduction comes just four months after a previous price drop of €400,000.
Built in GRP and delivered in 2023, Spica is the 10th hull in the popular Ferretti Yachts 1000 Series. Her dynamic, angular profile is from Filippo Salvetti, with naval architecture by Ferretti Engineering Department and her interiors are from IdeaeITALIA. The broker noted that the new build benefits from "more than €1,800,000 of options and upgrades".
Accommodation is provided for an owner's party of 10 in five double cabins, the full-beam master cabin being positioned forward on the main deck and the guest cabins on the lower deck. There is accommodation for a crew of five.
The finish throughout is light and contemporary, especially in the galley – immediately forward of the open-plan saloon and dining room – where the chef enjoys enviable views through a large window to port while cooking at the hob. An opening porthole, set within the window, allows for natural ventilation.
On deck, guests have plenty of options for relaxation. There is a newly designed beach platform aft, and the sundeck – with its commanding views ahead from the helm position – is fitted with a large al fresco dining table protected by the slatted hard top.
The fully commercially-compliant, 190GT yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU diesel engines with a total power of 2,638hp, giving her a cruising speed of 24 knots and a top speed of 28 knots.
Lying in Athens, Greece, Spica is now asking €9,500,000.
