A $1,049,999 price drop has been announced on the 30.1-metre motor yacht Gladius, listed for sale with Wes Sanford and Sean Doyle of Northrop & Johnson.
Delivered in 2021 from Ferretti Yachts, the 1000 model was constructed with a GRP hull and carbon fibre superstructure. Designed in a sporty style by Filippo Salvetti, she features twin decks defined by sharp and angular lines.
Accommodation is for 10 guests in five cabins, the master being located on the main deck. Two king-sized doubles are found on the lower deck along with two convertible doubles. There are quarters for a crew of five forward.
The open-plan saloon is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. It boasts an L-shaped sofa, two leather director’s chairs, and a coffee table, while built-in cabinets separate the dining area that features a table with 10 Poltrona Frau leather dining chairs. The dining area connects seamlessly to the exterior through a sliding side deck door to starboard. The galley, forward to port, can be fully closed off or opened up.
Gladius' flybridge is a hub for al fresco entertainment, dining and lounging. The wet bar, TV and teak dining table set the stage for enjoying the on-water life in style. The fibreglass bimini top, featuring a powered sunroof with louvres, opens completely. Walkaround decks lead to a lounge area in the bow, offering sunpads and seating. There is further built-in seating on the swim platform.
The 170GT RINA-classed yacht for sale is powered by twin MTU engines and can reach a top speed of 24 knots. Cruising speed is 20 knots.
Gladius is now asking $9,950,000.
