The 74-metre CRN superyacht Andrea has been sold in an off-market deal with Burgess representing the buyer and both Y.CO and Burgess representing the seller.
Delivered from Ancona, in Italy in 2017, the steel and aluminium yacht was commissioned for an experienced owner and designed in a collaboration between Winch Design and Zuccon International Project. She has had a string of names over the years, including Lady Jorgia, Odyssey and Cloud 9 and has proved herself to be a hugely popular yacht for charter.
The brokers said that Winch Design was appointed to create the exterior guest areas, livery, interior decoration and owner's supply, "resulting in excess of over 1,000 square metres of design elements being created across all decks".
Accommodation is provided for a party of 12 guests in eight cabins, comprising six doubles and two convertible double/twin cabins, all accessible by the elevator. There is a private deck forward of the master suite and the VIP cabin has opening doors for fresh air. Quarters for a crew of 25 are provided.
Andrea's beauty salon and spa area, with full gym facilities, features a fold-out terrace, perfect for a relaxing massage when at anchor.
A huge swim platform and beach club aft is large enough for sea-level dining and acts as an alternative open-air option to the sundeck's dining table. Here, there is also a Teppanyaki bar for the chef to cook at the table.
The yacht also plays host to a formal dining room with a circular table and retractable glass doors allowing for a semi-enclosed al fresco experience. A space in the bow can be converted into a dance floor with disco lighting and sound systems.
A rectangular 10,000-litre main deck pool, with spa jets, has a glass bottom letting light filter through to the beach club below. Guests can also opt for the circular Jacuzzi, which is positioned up top.
Powered by twin 2,682hp Caterpillar diesels, Andrea's top speed is 16 knots and cruising speed is 13 knots. Range of the 2,218GT yacht is some 6,000 nautical miles.
Having recently arrived in the Mediterranean from the USA, Andrea was P.O.A.
