The 36.6-metre CPN explorer yacht Alix has been listed for sale by Konstantin Kolpakov at Arcon Yachts.
Alix was built in 2020 for an experienced sailor and named K584. Alix sports a military-style exterior by A. Vallicelli & Co. Her simple, masculine design and stylised red "K" are instantly recognisable.
Designed by Pierluigi Floris, her “modern but cosy” interiors incorporate dark veneers and white lacquers alongside spots of colour. The main saloon is equally minimalist with leather armchairs, a cushioned dining table and an ebony Macassar finish.
Stand-out features on this yacht for sale include a six-metre Tideman tender, an HS Marine crane and a substantial dive centre.
Accommodation is for up to 10 guests in five cabins, including a master stateroom and a VIP suite. The entire upper deck is dedicated to the owner and includes a private outdoor terrace, well protected by an awning and with 360-degree views.
Crew quarters are found forward on the lower levels, sleeping up to five. Great attention was paid to the galley and crew mess. "When you have an intention to stay on board for 12 months a year, you have to give the crew the right space," explained the owner.
Twin MAN D2868 LE 425 engines provide her with a top speed of 14 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. A draft of 1.95 metres allows relative flexibility when navigating shallow bays and anchorages, as seen in the Bahamas and Caribbean.
Lying in Marmaris, Turkey, Alix is asking €12,200,000.
