The 40 metre motor yacht Viatoris has been listed for sale by Alex G Clarke at Denison Yachting.
Designed by Reymond Langton with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design, Viatoris was built in steel and aluminium by Polish yard Conrad to Lloyds class and is MCA compliant with delivery in 2018. A luxurious interior in a variety of fine woods welcomes 10 guests in five cabins comprising a main deck master suite and four doubles. All guest cabins have entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities while a further three cabins sleep six crewmembers aboard this yacht for sale.
The main saloon is open plan and features side balconies with three sliding doors and two side-balconies, meaning that this area is filled with natural light and can be opened up to welcome ocean breezes.
The upper lounge is the epitome of leisurely living, designed to be a cinema with comfortable reclining sofas and darkened at the touch of a button. A dumb waiter, cleverly hidden behind the joinery, brings food up from the galley for movie snacks or dinner on the upper aft deck, with an expanding table. The owner wanted to create zones on this deck, so it has the feel of a much larger yacht with the dining area, a boomerang-shaped bar to port and a seating area to starboard.
Her top speed is 13 knots and she boasts a maximum cruising range of 4,000 nautical miles at 10.5 knots with power coming from two 670hp Caterpillar C-18 diesel engines.
Lying in Sibenik, Croatia, Viatoris is asking €18,500,000
