The 35-metre Codecasa motor yacht Milos At Sea has been listed for sale with Stamatis Konstantos of Ocean Independence. Her new listing comes after an extensive refurbishment in 2022 which included a full repaint.
Delivered in 2000 by the Italian yard, Milos At Sea was constructed in steel and aluminium to a design by Codecasa's in-house team, while her spacious interior volume of 222GT was styled by Franco & Anna Della Role. Her brokers noted that she is a "timeless classic in turn-key condition".
Accommodating up to 10 guests, Milos at Sea is home to a four-cabin layout on board, complete with a main deck master suite, full-beam lower deck VIP and two twin cabins, both with Pullman berths.
With a classic home-away-from-home ambience, the 35-metre is decorated in warm woods and dark leathers, cleverly contrasted by neutral soft furnishings and white furniture.
In a similar manner to her lower deck VIP, her main saloon also makes use of the full beam, resulting in a spacious area to relax with family or entertain friends.
On deck, a large flybridge offers an excellent deck space with a grill, dining table and large curved sofa. Her foredeck is complete with a large sunpad, while her aft deck is home to a relaxed dining table seating eight. A generous beach club and swim platform provide easy access both to the water and to-and-from tenders, with a generous array of water toys.
Her full displacement steel hull results in comfortable and stable cruising, while twin Caterpillar 3412C engines provide top speeds of 15 knots and cruising speeds of 13 knots. According to her brokers, she is "ideal for private use or charter with a proven charter success".
Currently lying in Athens, Greece, Milos at Sea is asking €4,500,000.
